Throughout my career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and life coach, I realized that no matter what age or stage of life my clients were in, they shared one thing in common, they all were stuck. Stuck in a  poor relationship while looking for love and acceptance. The relationship they were stuck in could have been with a parent, child, or sibling. It could have been with a friend, peer, spouse, or authority figure. But surprisingly the majority of my clients were stuck in unhealthy relationships with themselves. The most important relationship of all. Most of my clients were not aware of who they were, their pattern of thinking, or where their belief system came from. Every healthy relationship starts here. 

 

I started Chaperone to help people who sincerely want to get off the road to crazy and begin living the way life was really intended, with love of self and others. We offer guidance with work/life balance, weight maintenance and fitness to help our clients create habits that allow them to enjoy life daily not just when it's convenient for the work place. We help people do this by evaluating unhealthy habits that promote stress and access to an early grave. We focus on healing and loving yourself through a spiritual connection to each other and the world. We also organize Chaperone Dates! Chaperone dating is a time tested way to date more successfully, used by many cultures throughout the centuries and all over the world. The purpose of chaperoning is to keep the couple focused on building long term relationship goals that focus on compatibility and lead to marriage. We offer help with all types of relationships ranging for family, friend, to co-worker. Our objective is to improve your quality of life and create bonds that will last a life time.
